Please provide a written notice to us 1 month or above before the date of withdrawal. A notice will be sent to parents of K.1 and N class student in order to collect your will of withdrawal / keeping studying in the next academic year.
Voluntary withdrawal:
If a child is found to be not suitable to studying in our school after admission, the school principal will discuss the situation with the child’s parents / legal guardian. A referral / other information may be provided to help the child to locate other suitable caring service providers.
Expulsion:
Causes:
a. Absent without official leave over 1 week
b. School fees are not paid on time
c. Other children’s safety is at risk due to misbehavior of your child.
Procedures:
a. If one of the above situations is happening, the corresponding teacher will call the parents and arrange meeting with them.
b. Written notice will be mailed to the parents in a 10 days interval, 2 letters in total will be sent.
c. If the parents are not cooperating to solve the above situation properly, a letter of expulsion will be sent.
